          Welcome to my website.  My name is Tonya Blevins.  I am a resource teacher for grades K-6 Math at BRES. I have been teaching for 21 years in Ashe County  Schools.  I grew up in Lansing and I graduated from Northwest Ashe High School in 1990.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Appalachian State University in 1994 and I received my Master's Degree in Special Education from Western Carolina University in the Spring 2012.
    I have been married to my husband Tim for 24 years and we have a 18 year old son named Travis that works at AEV.
