    Instructor: Sara Kesterson

     My name is Sara Kesterson and I am very excited to be working in Pre-K! My husband and I have two wonderful boys who keep us very busy!  I attended Appalachian State University where I earned my degree in Elementary Education in 2003.  After I graduated I was blessed with the chance to stay home and  raise my boys.  After working as an assistant for two years I am very excited to be a teacher!  Children grow so much in Pre-K and I cannot wait to see how each little one in our class this year grows and changes!  I believe that reading is an essential part of learning so I encourage you all to read to your children every night!  In what little spare time I enjoy running, hiking, spending time with my sweet family, and reading. I look forward to meeting you and your children and watching go them grow and learn this year.
