CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK PRE-QUALIFICATION ADVERTISEMENT
 

The Ashe County Board of Education,  320 South Street, Jefferson, NC 28640 is requesting  Pre-Qualification  Statements from firms interested in providing a CMAR for the following  project: 

The construction of a new two-story, 6-8 grades middle school classroom building and campus. 

Interested Firms shall obtain Pre-Qualification Statement paperwork from:

Applicants are to provide five (5) copies as well as one electronically emailed copy of their Statement of Qualifications along with supporting documentation for their submittal.

Completed  Pre-Qualification  Statements  shall  be  completed  in  their  entirety  and  emailed and  delivered  to  Mr. Jerry Baker, Ashe County Schools, 320 South Street, Jefferson, NC  28640, before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 15, 2021.  Statements of Qualification received after that time will not be considered.

Ashe County  Schools  reserves  the  unqualified  right  to  reject  any  and  all  prequalification submittals  and to waive all informalities in the selection process.
