Anita Chamberlain (EC teacher at Blue Ridge Elementary School) was chosen as Ashe County's Educator of Excellence, and she was honored on Thursday, Nov. 3 at the 71^st Conference on Exceptional Children. She was recognized for dedicated service and outstanding contributions to the education of exceptional children in the state of North Carolina.
